Things have been coming along swimmingly for the wedding! Ben and I have made some pretty big decisions regarding songs for special dances at the reception, etc. We also finished up our registry at Walmart a couple weekends ago. Most excitingly, we mailed out the first wave on invitations! The first wave included family and any out of town guests. We received our first RSVP, which was really exciting!! I also chose the flower girls' dresses - they're perfect.
Ben and I also decided on an officiant! Which in turn led to a re-evaluation of the wedding party and the addition of a new bridesmaid. Probably one who should have been there all along, but hey, you live and you learn. So now my cousin Samantha will be joining in on the party!
Other than that we're getting closer and closer to wedding festivities starting! My bridal showers will be next month!! Now it's just a matter of writing out all of the checks!!
