High-Five Friday

In the life of a teacher, this was one of the longest weeks of the year. With meetings, dodgeball tournaments, projects, grades due, parent-teacher conferences, AND a dance... you could say it's been a whirlwind. With that in mind, here are this week's high-fives!
  1. I had the final edits done on my Literature Review/Methodology for my Master's action research paper. I'm working on the final corrections and will be done with it forever (or for now) SOON!
  2. The kids had a dodgeball tournament on Tuesday night; very cool to see them play together. Took me back to high school.
  3. I got all of my research papers graded and in the grade book on time! This was a feat.
  4. Parent-teacher conferences went well. I sat in my room for 6 hours and talked to 11 parents.
  5. I chaperoned the dance last night (making for a 16 hour day!!) and the kids had a good time and that makes me happy. :)
