Eight years ago today, my world became dark, and I am still trying to navigate my way back into the light.
I am thankful for the time I was given with this beautiful human, and as I step forward each day, I am thankful for the guidance that she still provides long after she had to go.
I hope you and grampa are having a grand ol' time together. I hope you're both proud.
