What were you doing 10 years ago?
I was 15 years old, a freshman in high school, and relishing in the fact that I was finally old enough to date and hang out with my friends past 9:00pm. My boyfriend's name was Billy Bush - he played soccer, I played softball - and we obnoxiously went to each other's games in our own dirty uniforms once our game was over.
What 5 Things are on your To Do List?
- Finish grading all of my Sophomore's creative short stories
- Wash/fold/put away all of my dirty laundry before the new work week starts
- Start working on my wedding gift for Benjamin
- Finalize my wedding guest list - invites start going out in 1 month!!!
- Get back in/keep better contact with my friends - life is busy, it's no excuse
What 5 snacks do you enjoy?
- Peanut butter M&M's
- Peaches
- Frito's
- Veggie Straws
- Snickerdoodle cookies (chewy ones, of course)
Name some things you would do if you were a millionaire.
A million bucks doesn't stretch as far as it used to, I suppose. But I would pay off my parent's house, cars, etc.; pay off my brother's student loans (in addition to mine); buy my immediate family new cars; and then probably donate the rest to something worth while.
Name some places you have lived.
Kansas City, MO; Independence, MO; Springfield, MO; Columbia, MO; Chillicothe, MO
Name some bad habits you have.
I don't drink enough water, I bite my nails - I'm working on both.
Name some jobs you have had.
I served pizza for about 4 years, I have folded clothes at Old Navy for more than 5, I ran a Before & After school program in Lee's Summit, I teach.
