El Toro is what I would call a sister restaurant to KC's El Maguey, but their menu offers a bit more in terms of options. I've tried a few different things on our number of visits there, and I'd have to say my favorite is what I had our most recent trip - the Burrito Acapulco. It was a burrito with chicken, steak, shrimp, rice, and beans + served with white cheese sauce. YUM. Plus it was only $7.50! DOUBLE SCORE.
Something else that I like about this restaurant is that everyone who works there is super friendly and willing to help you if you need suggestions (this is how I tried the burrito I mentioned!). Not to mention, from what I hear, their margaritas aren't too shabby!
